So I went through the steps of maxing out my RAM and proc seperatly and found a sweet spot at 260x10.
I ran Prime and I stopped it at almost 6 and a half hours, not that it failed, but I stopped it.
Then I started doing some 3D testing and it started failing all the time, and this was with 3D clocks at stock.
So I figured it was for sure my OC and not the videocard, so I backed down to 255x10, and everything was fine and I continued my 3D testing, and then starting to find the max for my card.
Today I found the max for my card and thought maybe I could figure out what the problem was for my RAM and proc not to run 3D at 260x10.
Before I ran 3D again, I tried to run Prime again, and it failed within a minute, and this is at idetical settings that it had passed over 6hrs before.
Any idea whats going on here?
Im baffled, did 3D testing do something here?

Are you positive that -nothing- else changed at all? It basically looks like 260 will not be 3D Stable for you. This is not uncommon with BH-5. I can't really see your GPU overclock screwing that up, but it sounds like there could be another setting screwing with you.

Most probable answer is that your temps are higher now, maybe you did 260x10 on a colder day or with a window open or with the side of the case off, but your temps are most likely the cause of your instability.

Thats what I was thinking maybe was the case, but I tried with the window open, late at night and even all the lights off, haha.
I guess Ill wait till tonight and try see if things show improvements.

What are your system specs? also post your DDR Settings or a screenshot of AMD 64 Tweaker. I've seen funny things happen to BH5 in regards to Voltage / Drive Strength.
