Looking for new RAM for my Opteron146

Tried the G.Skill PC4000, but can only get them running at 254mhz

Im looking for some that will do 280mhz with no question asked. Any suggestions?
I have been searching the forum, but cant find any solution.

Some people are hitting 275mhz with G.Skill -so its maybe a lucky strike.

That's asking a lot, heh. I have recently done 284MHz stable with 3-3-2-0 with Corsairs 3500LL PRO Infineon BE-5 based modules.
