The micron chips are way better than the Elpida chips if I see this... Altough what did the Gskill 8000 ones do with 4-4-4 latency's ?

Pitty you didnt try 4-3-2-4 ;) - They r0ck at those timmings, but nice, and made me an even happier PC6.4K Ballistix owner ;)

Does the DDR2 667MHz Crucial use the same IC's as the DDR2 800 ?

From the ram list, the older versions of DDR2 800 Crucial uses D9, but now both rams usees the BT-37E or the B6-37E

damn, mine did 442, CPU limited on yonah platform - 2.15v... - I think 4-4-4-4 @ 600mhz is very possible with my kit then :)

Thanks for the comparison Dj Rudy. :) Very informative.

600 @ 4-4-4 would be a real achievement. One of the Japanese benchers got his Ballistix to do 572 @ 4-3-3. That was with 2.6v. I know LardArse got his 5400UL's up to 595 @ 4-3-3 last year. I think that was a record at the time.
thunderstruck!

Could we se 3-3-3 timings for each pair of ram please? That'd be very interesting!
Id like to see some 32M :)

Its another kind off D9 fatties... - That kind likes lower timmings, but wont clock that high...

What I was trying to say is that no one to my knowledge has done 600 at Cas4. I believe LardArse used an insane amount of voltage to get to 595. A number of Japanese benchers have reached 600 or higher, but with Cas5. Maybe some of the newer RAM will do 600 at Cas4. But that remains to be seen.

It certainly wouldn't be stable.. I can't see it. It's hard enough getting ram to 600MHz to begin with, but with CAS 4.. that's to drool over.

Hopefully so. Some ram ICs to exceed the D9s.
