ok guys here is where im at so far? the bend of the flex line to fit under the powersupply looks scary but i dont seem to have to use any force to get it to make that turn i goes in like that really easily (photo 1)
The Black sharpy lines on the motherboard tray (photo 2 and photo 3 above the power supply) are where the back of the processor mounting bracket would be... should i cut a hole in the tray so that i can see the back of the mother board without removing it from the system? there are no mounting points there and i could easily monitor the back of the motherboard (condensation etc) just by removing the side cover if i cut that hole. Im not sure if thats necessary or not what do you think
Photo 4 is where i need to cut to allow the evaporator to reach the processor
i guess i could make it smaller but i figured what the hell give myself as much room as possible, again what do you think?
Thanks a Ton
Lee
Let me know what you think remember this is supposed to be a long term installation
Thanks

comeon guys 40 views and no one can tell me if im bending that flex tubing too much? is it gona cause a leak or kink? I know im not building a 7 stage cascade using kriptonite gas but im a noob and we all gota start somewhere!
What about cutting a hole in the MB Tray so you can see the back of the cpu mounting bracket? (good idea or bad?)
You see its already started Jinu117 used to help noobs then he becomes moderator, gets the big head and now he wont talk to us little people :)

I'd be careful with the prommy flex there, you are making a very tight bend at it's weakest point. it should be ok if you never move it, but I wouldn't like to have it like that personally. Have you thought of getting your unit modded with a new evaporator? That way the person modding it could make it so that the evap came out the right hand side of the unit, in the middle, and the flex could go up through the cable hole?

Good idea, Thanks for the reply! While jinu has it he can change over to r404.
Im going to at least finish this build so i can do a little benching (want to ck my fx-57 see how well it does on phase change) and ill send jinu an email and schedule the upgrade so i know ill get a fast turn around.
Im also thinking bout buying one of his v2000 kits complete, those things look so cool and his price is reasonable in my opinion.

LoL... what do you mean me not talking to "little" people? :P (there are no little people in my opinon btw).
Bending flexiline is okay as long as you don't put stress on it or subject it to stress especially while it is cold.
I've seen someone else modding the exact case. He actually got suction line out from the other side to ease the flex line a little. It might be okay just be careful when you take it out, etc.

What about twisting force on flex line? I got the line on the cpu but i had to twist it about 20 degrees more than where it naturally wanted to line up. it seems to be fine but im wondering whats gona happen when it gets cold.
I guess theres one way to find out. Ive still got alot of work to do before i power it on, wires, watercooling, etc.

in the first pic where the case was cut out ,the right hand edge will eventualy cut into the outer shell and insulation. To solve this for cheap, take a piece of plastic tubing about 3/8" x a couple inched long. Cut a slit in it length wise. push over the sharp metal edge. like this : C-------
