My system:
Abit NF7, Athlon XP@Mobile 2300 Mhz(200x11.5), Zalman 9500LED, 2x512 DDR400(Hynix) DUAL, GeForse 6800 GT 256 Mb (MSI), Nec 3500A,Seagate 250 Gb HDD,Audigy 2 ZS, FSP 600W.

I want to make an apgrade but want to make it smart.

What can you recomend? Intel of Amd, Nvidia or Ati?

So, like I see there is no sense to buy Presler 930 C1, torday?

That would be correct. Even the fastest Presler today won't be able to compete with a decent model Conroe in July. As for Ati/Nvidia, both of the high end cards are very close from each company. It boils down to personal preference.

Is there some evidense that Presler 4.3 Ghz will be much slower than Conroe 2.6-2.8 Ghz?
But lets talk about actual evedense like: games, archinign, coading.
