View Full Version : Chiller rebuild, sort of...

This chiller's been driving me crazy due to its rattling, so i decided to fire it up yesterday. Thanks to jin i got it going and today I rebuilt, it sort of.
Now that thermostat is disabled, it takes it alot longer to cool the mixture, still testing.

Yup, i ment like metal rattling against the ground and whatnot.

soundls like things arent bolted down good enough, or it could be the compressor, i have noticed mine make a wierd sound that within the last 3 i think are just related to compressors

Well from what I can tell, it's a rotary 1/2 compressor, i dont have anymore rattling, but vibrations for every turn it makes, PITA :(
