Amd 1700+ 13+ Mp

Hi

I can select MP 1-12.5 with my 1700+ CPU with Epox 8RDA+ motherboard
I realy want to get a mp of 13 and higher. Is this possible??
I heard it can but you have to mod the L3 bridges
Am I able to select 13 an higher mp or only 1 mp??

This could help.

What you need to do is take a nine volt and 2 needles and blow a bridge.

There is a thread on it somewhere around here.

you will need the 3rd and 5th L3 bridges burnt.and as stated above do it with a 9v and stick pins.

is the main guide i use for bridges now.
if you do just the 5th L3 like most people think you wont even boot.

13.0X--C--C--O--C--O 2100+, 2700+/166MHz is the correct pattern
you should have access to all upper multis then long as its a kt333 or better mobo.
i had to do this on my 8rda and only had the lower multis did this mod and now i have them all.odd as i thought id just get one or the other.but every mobo seems to handle multis differantly.

btw when you blow the bridges out it makes a pretty little spark so dont get scared.
