    Cas4 with DDR3 3GB Tri-CH 1.63v (Bugged!)

    hi
I have managed to achieve 4-7-7-24 with OCZ Platinum Cas7 kit

    and hier from Everest 5

    hier ist the validation
    http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=502355

i just turned set fsb up to 170 and here it is 1700MHz 4-7-7-24
    is it WR for Cas4?

before calling out fake can he get a chance to run @ cl5/6/7 to see if there is a difference in performance?

That seems to be true, but the performance doesnt seem to impress. I wonder how higher could you push those Mhz at Cas4.

with some i7 systems, just putting the system into s3 sleep mode and waking it up again will make software applications read cas latency at 4. but unfortunately no performance benefit (if anything, read b/w seems to drop a lil)
not sure if it affects all boards, but i know it happens on the dfi and the gig ud5

    agreed

I to would like to see runs on cas5,6,7, the scores are not impressive for being cas 4.

I had conversation with westsider yesterday and he told there is about 1000 mb/s gain in everest read performance from cas 7 to cas 4.

He will come and post results.

just show us a validation, just validation and I will believe that those results are true. anyways, its wonderfull.

yes the 4,6,6,20 is better than your first post with 4,7,7,24.

cas 5,6,7 is what ppl wanna see in order to gauge performance.

latency is lower, read/write/copy are lower.. but look at L3 performance.

i dont care about what evrest says
since when is everest more important than cpu z ?

    if you think its bug
just delete this theme and thats all

the whole team is searching after fake thing or something like that

    maybe i should open ddr3 1000 cas6 + liga

chill buddy, all ppl wanna see are results...not huffy little boys.

You can't just post a screenshot and expect everyone to fall over themselves to believe you. No-one has said you are lying, just that it may be a bug is all.

At the end of the day a screenshot means as much as this one does, see my new system I just built.....it runs CAS1 When people ask for more results it doesn't mean they think you're faking, they just want more info to go on.

    Spot the mistake.

yes but I don't want to, cos you still wouldn't believe

    heheee

Seriously though, I have no i7 rig of my own atm so I'll sit and wait for this to be confirmed. I can't help but wonder why no guru's have tried cas4 yet if it works so easy.

lmao yeah, does look a bit iffy huh

It's so fast it can't add up correctly

anyway, I hope your cas4 results are indeed correct, this would be a huge plus for the memory.

    Have you tried cas3, cas2?

    cas3? u r insane dude

should i post pics of my ram cooling maybe

    3Xmaru 140mm 1900rpm
    build with antivibe bolts

maybe such cooling bring them at such results

they are pushing i think as a minimum of 200CFM 110CFM/110CFM/110CFM in the length sides are closed
they are stronger as my house ventilator for summer
i have to montage them strongly
otherwise they just blow and fly away

but noise level is at the level of pneumatical hummer

    but seriously:
how could i prove this results for 100%?
