The visual difference between the Tpower P45 rev A2 and rev A3 is minimum ,the old rev came with bios ROM 0620 and the new with 0710 but i am not sure if it is a valid proof to recognize rev A3
will be necessary to remove the heatsink to check (or use cpuz ^^)
Biostar Tpower i45 5.1
AC82P45 - SLB7Z rev A2
Biostar Tpower i45 5.1
AC82P45 - SLB8C rev A3
and about OC?well,A3 should be better than A2.. Intel can not possibly revise a product and make it worse ^^
Biostar Tpower i45 flying on air, this board is the legend and at mainstream price 2 ^^

****** EDIT -- wrong screen ******
Tpower i45 P45(rev A3) Bios 0710

No worries about overclockability as bios optimization has been able to yield OC of more than 660fsb for both but the new revision seems to be better than A2 ^^.
